Here are some pictures of the damage from yesterday's high wind event in western Denver, CO. A peak gust of 115mph was measured just west of where this picture was taken at Eldorado Canyon, CO. This pole was splintered at six feet high.

This pole was just north of the one above and was sheared off at ground level.
