When did this happen?

I am on pivotal weather checking out the lastest GFS model runs. Under the sever weather tab there is a tab called the most ustable CAPE. I never recalled seeing this tab before can someone tell me why this tab is there and the difference is between that CAPE and the other CAPE tabs?
