What tornado? Honey, the grass needs cutting

I had my doubt's at first, but this is interesting because it's a different view then what I saw on our local news this morning . In that still, the Tornado was behind the tree & you could barely make it out, so there was more than one shot taken. So I'm going with it's real...

Come on dude! I don't care if you're not a storm chaser, how can you not be mesmerized by that & just keep cutting grass! LOL

That guy makes me sick. Seriously. How much do we spend in time and money hunting tornados and other atmospheric phenomenon? And this guy isn't interested enough to look up from mowing the lawn?!? Tornados, especially this photogenic, are a rare event. Most people that don't purposely chase them will never see one in their lifetimes, even if they live in Tornado Alley. A once-in-a-lifetime event, but this guy can't be bothered. I've always been amazed that people could go through life and never look at the beauty in the sky, always looking down at their shoes - or, in recent years, their phones. But this guy takes the cake.

Sorry, maybe I'm just bitter after wasting time and money on the most inactive and unproductive chase vacation since 2006 and bailing out six days into a 16-day trip.

Hard to imagine being so indifferent to any tornado let alone one so stout but different strokes for different folks. I can hear those classic Sammy Hagar lyrics ringing in my ears:

“What make someone care so much
For things another man can just ignore…”

Those lyrics should be reversed -

"How can someone just ignore,
Things that others care so much about"
