Weather to Website and Rain Guage needed

Folks,

Years ago, I remember a personal weather station that you can transmit data (automatically I assumed) from the station to a website so you can show various weather data recorded at your house.

Is that still available at all? I'm looking to get that at my house.

Also, is there a good rain gauge that I can buy to be able to see the amount on my computer and then have an option to drain it wirelessly?
