Weather Modification is alive and well

Congress has been busy proposing and passing various weather modification bills. Here's the URL to a website with information on and links to the bills.

The website owner is also interested in contrails and their effect on surface temperatures. She's not a chemtrail conspiracy fan, but she does apparently have evidence that the government has had a program to create contrails in order to modify weather.

Don't let the website URL turn you off immediately. She does have links to valid information.

i haven't looked much into it, but here's what i think. i think its a terrible idea to go screwing around with something that we don't completely understand. thats all i've got.
