User account lost? Deleted? Not sure what happened?

Sorry to have to make a thread of this. I sent Tim Vasquez a private message 10/19/14 after bringing the question up in the chat room a while back and was advised to contact him directly, but never heard back. Here's my original message to Tim:

I recently was unable to log in as usual (after not doing so for a month or so), and found my user account seemed to be reset or something. This is a few weeks back, so I don't recall exactly what I did but the upshot is I got my user name back, but most actions are blocked, and my avatar is gone, and all my old messages that I saved I can't get to. I made a new account which has limited options and I have NOTHING from my prior account I can access. I'm heartbroken, as I have multiple private messages important to me from my earliest days of chasing. Maybe it speaks to a bigger issue which was being addressed in another thread? Probably yes, and Tim, if you read this PLEASE don't take it personally. This probably just got lost in the fog of other bigger issues you're dealing with right now, I get that. I will appreciate any help given to dig around and restore my previous account if it can be.

Addendum: I sent you an e-mail link Jeff to reset your password, but if it doesn't work please PM me and we'll go offline to get it fixed. It looks like you last logged into your old profile on July 1st. It looks like all of your PMs are intact as well. The Admin team can always help you with these types of matters in the future and much more quickly than Tim could, unless you caught him at just the right moment in time.
