Well, with the exception of the southeastern and northcentral United States, the drough situation for the United States looks a lot better than it did just a few months ago, let alone last year.

Hopefully during the winter, Lakes Powell and Mead will begin to fill back up, along with any other lakes that have been emptying out from the drought. If the rockies do come out of the drought situation, I wonder what effect it will have on the storm season and the rest of the nation's weather?
