"Twister blocks Alberta's emergency warning system"

We were out chasing that day and we found ourselves at the right place at the right time. We observed what I believe is a brief touchdown northwest of the city before the popular Red Deer tornado. We called both ropes into EC, and did hear the radio cut into the emergency broadcast system where we were. Interesting story, no one I know has heard of this yet!
