Found this on another site. This was a recent interview with WGN (Chicago) chief meteorologist Tom Skilling. Without a doubt my alltime favorite on-camera meteorologist. In my opintion, few can match his enthusiasm and on-camera weather presentation.

Tom is the man. I cant think of someone more passionate about their job than him. His daily blog is very informative although Im not sure it will be much value outside of local residents but you can check it out here:

Chicago really is lucky to have such an awesome lead meteorologist. He used to do a segment called "Before the forecast" Where he would record himself as he glances over the many models and amazing data he has access to and would give his input on what he sees and what it means - I actually learned quite a bit from watching those and I wish he still did them.
