Things you should know before chasing

After yesterday's (6/1/11) fiasco with a flat tire and getting my truck side-swiped by an oncoming truck with wood palettes, I figured I would write a few tips for new chasers.

1) Be able to change a flat tire in under 15 minutes (practice at home).
2) Windex or any glass cleaner works well as a hand cleaner (Remember My Big Fat Greek Wedding)
3) 2 lane dark roads lend themselves to problems in storms.
4) Stop to lend a hand unless you are in danger, then pick up the person who is stuck.

Feel free to add to this list. Thanks again to Robin and the other people who stopped to help, there is still hope for mankind.

Maybe some old age make-up when renting a car on high risk days?

"Oh look, two young males want to rent one of our cars today..."

"Uh huh...that's where all these dents come from. tell them were closed. Wait, here is an elderly couple, they look safe enough. What are their names."

"Something Chuck and Howie."
