Teacher struck by lightning during thundersnow

A teacher was hospitalized but expected to recover after the umbrella she was holding was struck by lightning during a thundersnow event in New Jersey. People have been struck by lightning in snowstorms before, but it is a rare occurrence.

Ehhh... a direct lightning strike on the umbrella probably wouldn't leave her with just a tingle in her arm... But glad she's safe regardless!
