I thought a good way to start the new year was to update my website with storm and lightning photos of 2009. I saw a few supercells in Catalonia (northeastern Spain, where I live nowadays), including a nice wallcloud while we were actually chasing trying to record lightning with a high-speed camera and other equipment.

Also updated the selection of best images of sprites till early June. Some new color photographs of sprites I've taken on 28 September and 8 October have been uploaded earlier, as well as my (not work) high speed video recordings of lightning on Vimeo:
