If "The Powers That Be" find a particular BBCode objectionable, I believe it can be turned off in the vBulletin admin.

I've always like strike through text, but no biggie.

The scary part is I think I've used them all except for noparse and php.

Why not have the text style reflect many of the offerings on the forum?
