SN Spotter Network - Log in problems

I just tried to log in to my SN account and after a million attempts telling me my user name or password was incorrect, it finally said my account was locked due to low quality report. Problem is I have never sent a report to SN. Not by email, App or Radar App.

Anyone that can help me figure out what's going on here ?

@John Wetter do you have any ideas? I wish I could help in these scenarios but I have no SN privileges so I’m stuck.
