SN Spotter Network - Inactive on network

Spotter network shows that my status is inactive and does not update GPS is working and displays my location speed just fine what do I need to do to get active?

Hi Edward, can you provide more information about what you're trying and the software you're using?

Deleted and reinstalled the spotter network client and it fixed the problem.Thanks for getting back to me.
