My mom stumbled upon 2 tornadoes near Port Isabel, TX, & snapped these photos w/ her cell phone camera. She said one briefly touched down & dissipated before a 2nd one formed. After the 2nd one dissipated, she said a lowering w/ sharp corners formed (e.g., wall cloud). She wanted to continue to observe the storm, but was running late for a doctor's appointment. I would've opted to miss the appointment!
