Website response is allot slower. I'll click on something. Instead of a 1-2 second delay. I get 20-30-60 second delays for it to respond to my action. Sometimes nothing just a blank white page. Chat is worse, it's horrible. Almost doesn't work at times. Tried to ping www.stormtrack.org all pings never returned. That failed, so I tried traceroute. I got 8 hops in and it stops. My ISP connection seems fine. Went to speedof.me and Ookla. Preform bandwidth speed test all great and correct speeds. I've restarted router/modem twice. Restarted PCs. Tried on iPads same problem. Help me Please...

Seems to be working fine on my end. If it continues or other reports roll in I'll review the server logs.

Thank you Mark for reading my post and replying. Well stormtrack.org is on dial Up speeds for me or not at all. So it's not working on my end. I did look up IP 4.79.136.50 Gives me this Info. https://db-ip.com/4.79.136.50 Since when I get to that relay. Things slow way down. I'm no IT network guy, wondering if that's where the problem exists? Unless I've been banned and don't know about it?..

Nothing much to be honest other than review some server metrics that indicated all was operating normally on our end. I was prepared to reboot if more folks chimed in but am glad to hear it's fixed for you.

Appreciate the heads-up, guys! And thank you to Mark for monitoring.
Stormtrack is served from AWS Elastic Compute Cloud. This means servers auto spin up as loads (traffic) increases. Mark and I have implemented it this way because of past issues with the site staying up during severe weather or chaser-related news.
We'll continue to look into this but, rest assured, I have bought the best I can for the site. Enjoy - and thanks for contributing here!

Thank you Steve for the kudos, but more importantly for staying the course on AWS (Amazon Web Services). I know there are many other options out there that cost less, but the ease of use and flexibility it affords us is a nice perk to have. The bonus in all of this is the technical team I found by happenstance in Zac and April, who keep this thing afloat and moving forward. I know we have some niggly issues to address that users have brought up (I haven't forgotten about you @ScottCurry). I hope to get to those soon after the rough start I had earlier this year. Thanks again for seeing the benefit in one of the best products available in the cloud computing marketplace!

AWS was having some routing issues. Probably depended on your provider how fast you connection to the site was. A couple of the ones I manage had similar issues.
