I apologize for the issues you are having. I have consoled the server and determined the issue was a failing network adapter. I have replaced the NIC and your server is back online. I am not able to SSH, however the server is fully online now and Plesk is working again. I am assuming the SSH port has changed or only certain IPs are allowed to connect, please let us know if you are still unable to connect.
