Radar Cross Section Viewer?

Hey, I am looking for a website or program to look at a 2 dimensional radar cross section. Level 2 data would be better but level 3 would be ok I guess. Basically I want something to help verify a 2 dimensional thunderstorm scale model that I am working on. Something like this:

I know of no L3 cross-section software, so it'd be L2. The big one out there is GR2Analyst. Otherwise, you could use IRaS or IDV.

You don't need analyst. GRLevel2 does it out of the box.
