I downloaded the program: Digital Atmosphere - Standard version (V2.09) of its official site.
Plotted do not understand why no cloud cover, cloud pictograms are not displayed.
I have spent much time can not solve this problem :confused:.
I must finish school work and deliver on Wednesday 16 and need this function :(.

You'd probably obtain more help at the forum for Digital Atmosphere

However, make sure the cloud choices are selected in

File, Preferences menu choice, Station Plots tab

and request SYNOP data from the Data Retrieval Window. Note that U.S. SYNOP data does not contain cloud data, but in most other parts of the world, it does.
