Lubbock TX – Lubbock Police Department are searching for this individual who stole property from the Science Spectrum and the National Weather Service.
The National Weather Service in Lubbock posted on Facebook pictures of what appears to be bolt cutters cutting a lock to gain entry.
Lubbock Police said he drove a gray late 90s or early 2000s Dodge 4×4 pickup truck with running boards, a white toolbox, and New Mexico license plates.
