Hi Everyone.
I have been asked by Chance at NASCAS.org to make an announcement here regarding the 2013 storm chaser / spotter photography contest.
The contest is for images taken in 2013. They must be storm-related. Anyone can enter. The deadline will likely be in February of 2014. There will be a $25.00 processing fee. The categories are not yet set, but will include best overall storm / weather picture of the year, science and safety.
Prizes are currently estimated to be worth over $2,000, but could be much higher in value depending on sponsors. They currently have prizes from Midland Electronics, Energizer and Wilson Electronics, with more companies coming on board every month.
