Just pushed out 04Z SmartModel output. Looking at some impressive snowfall rates per hour in the Syracuse to Elmira to Buffalo areas. Rates of 1.1 to 1.3" for several hours is a strong possiblity. Some 24 hour snowfall accumulations show Syracuse with 9.6", Elmira with 10.5" Ft. Drum with 7" and Rochester around 6". Here are the city specific snow totals attached. Also uploaded actual smartmodel forecast for those areas. Thoughts

Once upon a time Stormtrack created a Discord server to increase engagement, especially for short-fuse conversation. Many years ago, now, though, the moderators of the Discord and of the forum became separate groups. Currently, there is no official connection between the Stormtrack forum and the Stormtrack Discord. Few, if any, staff members on the Stormtrack forum have access to or can grant access to the Discord.
