The official Tropical Cyclone Report for Hurricane Sandy was released this morning, and it can be accessed directly at http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/data/tcr/AL182012_Sandy.pdf (PDF version). The other 2012 Tropical Cyclone Reports can be found at http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/2012atlan.shtml . This page also includes the official map of all tropical cyclones in the north Atlantic basin during the 2012 season.
The Sandy report is very detailed with tons of statistics (rainfall, wind and surge reports; model track and intensity forecast errors; satellite and radar data; etc.). There's also discussion on the watch/warning/advisory method that was involved with Sandy, particularly in terms of the line between NWS and NHC products (see pages 21-23).
