• After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.

I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.

For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.

From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

    Sincerely, Jeff D.

"NOT FOR USE ON MOVING VEHICLE" LOL. I'm not sure I wanna see that videodemonstration they've put up on the site hehe. Is this a joke? I'm not entirely convinced that you crazy yanks wouldn't try to market something this insane. I wonder what use this would have. I've never been in the situation (thank god), but in the simulation in my head I would just un-zip and crouch lol.

Thanks for the laugh Brian :D

Don't be fooled by cheap imitations, insist on the original Bumper Dumper!

Wow...I was wondering if it comes in any other colors than camo, guess it would beat a conveinience store restroom,at least the air would be a bit more fresh!

OMG. This thread is too funny. But, as someone who both backpacks and sails (in a little cruiser that doesn't have a holding tank for its head), these things can be ... ah ... important.

Here's what we use on the boat, and it's quite successful. We have to store the waste in the head itself, and this does a fantastic job of containing odor for a whole week, even in summer.

If you just go to the Campmor home page and enter "toilet" in the search field, you'll find all sorts of cute pop-up sheds, tentettes, and other "waste management" ideas.

And you don't even have to admit you use them, unless another chaser happens to get pictures....

Sidebar: my son is in the Marines, currently deployed in Iraq, and he tells me they use a similar product. He has many highly inappropriate but funny stories about them, which I obviously can't share here, but use your imagination. Hint: "mistaken for seat cushion" is one.

Camo is the best color to get, that way nobody can see you! DUH...:D
