NWS Leadership Changes

It was announced this morning that NWS Director Brig. Gen. David L. Johnson will leave the agency, effective June 29th. Also, NWS Deputy Director John E. Jones, Jr., will retire effective that same date.

Well, here's to wishing them the best of success and happiness in whatever it is they choose to do, upon leaving/retiring and I hope that whoever is selected to fbe their successors, that they will do just as good a job.
