I have posted here (see below my signatures) some of the latest information by stormchasers about their experiences seeing the lastest round of auroras from all around the country , during the great NOvember 2004 display.
Please post other
websites from this round of auroras
other years activities of northern lights your websites, photos and more
etc
in this forum thread
great stuff
I was inside and did not know about the great display until later. Did not see much . I made another error by not staying up late enough when there was another round.
I will post more as I see them.

Took some 35mm shots, to be developed eventually. The best northern lights show I've seen. My brother down in Raleigh, NC shot these at the same time on his new 20D:

I have posted a short clip (~5mb) of tonights aurora. It was absolutely
incredible and lasted for hours! There were periods of weak inactivity, but it is
by far the best display I have EVER seen. I thought it would be difficult to
eclipse the 11-5-01 aurora, but this one did it handily. WOW!!!!

Another nice display last night! Not as good as Sunday but still worth staying up for. There were two peaks of activity, a short one at around 11:20PM EST and a longer, brighter one at around 2:10AM EST. Different colors this time: band of bright orange near the horizon transitioning to green, then greenish white rays with only a slight hint of red. No bright reds this time. The green arc near the horizon had faint orange waves that rapidly shot upward from the horizon. An amazing show!!!
10.6MB video clip:
http://wvlightning.com/2004/nov10.rm
Vantage point was Teays Valley, WV, between Huntington and Charleston.
Here are a few frame grabs:
