NOAA Report: Gaps in Radar Coverage

NOAA has released a report to Congress on gaps in NEXRAD coverage as required by The Weather Research and Forecast Innovation Act of 2017. The study found there is "not a significant negative impact to warning performance tied directly to radar coverage where the beam height is higher than 6000 ft AGL".
