I managed to snap some shots from strong thunderstorm what hit Estonia last night. It has caused power outages in some places and disrupted cable TV and phone services across the country.
Following is a selection of pictures taken between 11 PM and Midnight Estonian time last night with my Pentax Optio E30, 4 seconds exposure.
I have been browsing Satrep messages from last evening and looks like this storm could be MCS. If you take look at Tallinn's sounding today at 3Z, you will also notice some rather impressive CAPE and LI values at CCL.
