Mobile Phased Array Dual Pol Radar

Raytheon has made a series of short videos featuring Dr. Robin Tanamachi from Purdue and Stephen Frasier from UMass AMherst as they chase storms with Skyler - a mobile X-band phased array dual pol radar. While there are other mobile radars, very few are phased array and the few phased array ones are not dual pol. It also is a "low cost", software defined radar.
