For the past few months, Meta has stopped actioning DMCA takedowns sent for stolen content on their platforms. They're sending out this response to takedown requests:

I have a rights management agency handling my videos. They have sent 3 takedowns for a reupload of one of my videos on January 7 that had 7 million views. It now has 11 million views and is still up. I've sent 2 takedowns for it, and get the above response. This is one of many we are seeing this happen with. Takedowns for other videos (there are countless others) sent within the past 2 months have not been actioned.
If you are also having this problem, please let me know.
