This is the gold standard for Cellular direct connect amplifiers . All Storm Chasers that are using them are raving about them.

Folks, this is a GREAT deal! If you're new to the idea of amps (I know most chasers already have them), the CA819 is the gold standard. And Gordon's customer service is excellent.

Not an employee, just a happy customer!

Hi Gordon,
Please excuse my ignorance but does this kit work for mobile broadband as well as cell phones? I have a Blackberry Storm 2, and a Novatel U760 with Millenicom service.
I have been looking at purchasing one for a while, but haven't had the funds so it would be great to take advantage of your special.

It is direct connect and works great with data devices since they have an RF port . Blackberries do not have RF ports . So you have to use and induction adapter mounted on the back of the phone directly over the interior antenna . If you wish to do multiple devices at the same time you might want to look at our new line of Wireless amplifier systems

Data is really all I am concerned with at this point, so I think it would be fine for me. What adapter would I need for my modem?

Do the htc evo's have this rf port? I am getting one soon but waiting for the 3d model.

Purchased a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Took a week long chasecation last week and never once lost data through 7 states. Thanks again Gordon!

Gordon, is there any amp that will work for the new 4G data cards? I have a Verizion UML 290 LTE card. would like to see if a amp would work and if so which one

No . It will work with 3G frequencies . 800 and 1900 . 4G is being implemented on 700 , 800 and 1900 . There is no 4G in rural areas at this time anyways . Won't be for a long time . They are only rolling out in Urban areas right now . It will require a tri band amplifier . They won't be cheap when they do come out. current amplifiers work with 4G cards on said frequencies
