World's largest hail record may be challenged by exceptionally large 20+ cm (8 inches) hailstones hit the capital of Libya on Tuesday, Oct 27th
A hail size of 8 inches (20 cm) would fit into the world's Top giant hailstone events, besides Vivian, US hailstorm, and a 'gargantuan' hail in Argentina.
