I know it's still in development, and a few threads down, but wxvelocity.com features upper air information via overlapping NEXRAD radar. Differences in velocity information could be a result of where the data is being sampled (i.e convective regions). Hence why I am calling it experimental, but I don't know where else you'd find this information. Cheers, hope I'm not being an annoying broken record.
