Hail ruler - was sold at the OK Severe WX Workshop - anyone know?

While attending the Norman, Oklahoma National Severe Weather Workshop (two years ago) there was a vendor that was selling a ruler for measuring hail. The ruler had holes in it for different sizes of hail. Does anyone know who this vendor was or where these hail measuring devices might be found online?
