Forecast Laboratory or Simulator

I noticed that Tim Vasquez has two different, but seemingly similar, programs for sale: Forecast Laboratory and Forecast Simulator.

Does anyone know the difference between the two, and which one would be the best to learn and practice storm forecasting skills on? I'm kind of leaning toward Laboratory, but thought I would look for additional input.

Thanks. BTW: I've got Storm Chasing Handbook on order, but the backorder due date keeps getting pushed back!

i have forecast lab and I love it!Tim did a great job on it.I would recommend that one!
