This is the famous Ositech King Of Hearts Cellular modem that so many chasers have used through the years. Mine is two years old, but only saw action last spring, and that was very limited. The card is in excellent shape and I'm selling it with the Nokia cable. Can't guarantee the cable will fit your phone, but Ositech sells them for many other phones.
However, not all cell phones are compatible with this PCMCIA card. Please check the Ositech website for their compatibility table (which I have imported into my Ebay ad).
