Finding Radar Archives

Greetings chaser friends,

I have looked both on the NWS and SPC sites and can not find a link that takes me to radar archives.

My goal is to copy and paste them or at the least link to an archive for my storm chase summaries on my blog site.
I believe that a radar shot would make the report more interesting and informative.

Do you know of where I might find archives?

If you want the actual data to load into GR2 or GR3:

For images ready to go in JPEG form, I think I've seen a site out there, but can't recall what it is off the top of my head.

If you need mosaic images:

There's fairly large, unmapped images available there using the link at the bottom of the page. Change the date/time in the file name to see other images. You can load these into a GIS program of your choice. The archive is 5 minute intervals back to January 1995.

The NCDC website has all the radar images from all the individual stations going back a decade or so.... however you need to download a viewer and the process of getting the images is slightly annoying.

That's my go to site for archived data that's easy to find and view..Not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for.

MMM UCAR Archive is probably the best for quick and simple radar stuff.

Thank you everyone for your leads and suggestions. This gives me something to play with and I deeply appreciate your replies. There are a couple sites that are giving me the info I need, and I will work with the images to see if I can zoom to our local area/local radar and take it from there.
