Since 2007, F5 Data has been a staple among my forecasting resources. It's a hugely flexible program, it offers over 160 forecasting maps, and it can be integrated with radar software via Allisonhouse to provide mesoanalysis overlays.

For quite a while, though, it seemed like F5 was lost in the horse latitudes, drifting listlessly. Not any more. Over the past several weeks, this product's sails have filled with the winds of a major upgrade, including the addition of NAVGEM to its forecast model suite and the ability for users to draw highs, lows, and boundary lines. This upgrade is dynamite, substantial enough that I decided to write a detailed review of it in my blog. If you're interested in F5 Data, you may want to check the review out.
