Eden Isles update

A friend of mine was able to walk 6 miles and get to his house in Eden Isles. He lives on valient La and I on intrepid. Neither house was damaged, but there was 3 ft of water there which had receeded. There were a lot of houses with roofs missing and damage. Boats all over.

I used to live on Northshore Circle (down by Vera's)...right on the water. I wonder if my old house is still there.

I saw some video on WAPT out of Jackson. Long time weather man in NO, Dan Milhan lives in Eden Isles and was doing commentary on the hellicopter video. Tons of boats all over and the flooding was not as bad as I expected but I'm sure it receeded quite a bit. You could definatly tell most of the area is pretty devistated.
