Did WEA Sound in the Path of Saturday's Iowa Tornadoes?

Everyone is probably aware there were communications difficulties with Saturday's tornado warning communications.

This morning, I heard a rumor that the WEA didn't sound in the Winterset area. This evidently was from a relative of a person in the area, not first hand.

Among people who were chasing Saturday, did you receive timely WEA notifications?

Had both a Verizon and AT&T device in my vehicle, both gave a WEA alert prior to Winterset touchdown by 5-10 mins.

Both phones were triggered seemingly simultaneously.

I also had the alerts come through both my phones (Verizon and T-Mobile)... I don't specifically recall when before/during the Winterset tornado, but I do know they went off (you actually can hear a couple on my videos at various points).

I will add that the following day in Arkansas, the warnings were not setting off the alert tone on my WX radio in the car. This was addressed in NWS chat by the office, not sure if that was related or not.
