Here is a neat way to nail that noise that eludes many store-bought filters. Substituting a plastic electrical switchbox from your local hardware store - as well using wire that you may have lying around will save at least 6$ from the estimated $17 build estimate price. It's good for up to 20 amps, so it should work fine for youir 2m rig.
