Cannot Report Location in RadarScope

Hello! I am hoping to get a little assistance with an issue Im having with location reporting in RadarScope...

I have completed the training on Spotter Network and completed/passed the test, however, when I try to turn on location reporting in RadarScope, it tells me that my account cannot report location. When I hit "Try Again" I see my ID and "CanReport:FALSE". Additionally, on the SN website under the "Report" section, it says "Training Not Passed, Reporting Disabled".

I know that I had previously taken the training and passed it, but it looks like it doesnt show correctly on my SN account, which Im sure is why RadarScope isnt allowing me to report location.

I can go back and re-take the SN test, if needed, as well. Would just like to avoid having to do that, if possible.

I might just go re-take the test just for the heck of it. Im a newb and more review isnt going to hurt anything, right?

I retook the training test and I can now report. It looks like the first time I took it, it didnt register to my account for some reason. Sorry for the confusion. All is well!
