Canadian Hail Reports

I'm looking for a source on Canadian hail reports similar to the SPC database. Is there a source for this type of information that anyone knows of?

This is for the province of Quebec, but you just need to go under the warning section of the province you want to check out, and then in "special weather statement" section, just go down the page to see the "Summary of significant weather events" part.
