I was under the impression that you were going to create a new version of RealEmwin a couple of years back. Is that history?

I am running 1.7; any significant reason to move to 1.8?

Life issues (new baby ) put that on the backburner. My goal is to have a beta by the end of winter, with full release for the sevwx season.

1.8 is a free update from 1.7, it fixed some VTEC decoding issues but if it's working fine for you now then there's really no big rush.

It would be nice if they made a Vista 64bit compatible version of the software.

That's what I'm talking about. The new version won't be compatible with Win9x stuff, just XP and newer installs of Windows.

That is fine but the current downloads on the site still will not install on my 64bit machine.

Understood, which is why I made it clear that the new version will support Win7. The current was written for Win95, so does not have the infrastructure for Win7. Have you tried using XP Mode by chance?
