I wrote a small program for atmospheric soundings - TEMP 1.0:

I found some type errors in the documentation and when I have more time will update it.
Basically you can click on the earth map and get the current sounding or for the last 10 years, you can modify the surface temperature/dew point temperature, you can print it.
