Another strong tornado in Italy with pics and video....

Today another strong tornado touched down not far from the big multivortex of the last 12 november in Sicily( a region of Italy).

Great depression system, intense south est flow with strong convergence, good low level jet. All these factors were associated with a moderate instability in the place.
The tornado touched down on the land and went on the sea.

Damage: F2
In this photo the tornado has just damaged the city and is going toward the sea. But when it was in the city was more powerfull and it looked like a large wedge.

From the way the past weeks have been, it looks like Italy is the place to be for tornado chasing right now.

Have there been any casualty or damage (cost) reports released yet?

Yes Autumn for Sicily(and South Italy in general) is the best period to chase some big tornado.
About the last tornado friends told me some trees have been uprooted, some structure has been damaged as by an F1-F2 tornado. The shape of this tornado was very large like a powerfull wedge but this time is not an F4

Today another "tornado on the sea" has been just seen always near Catania ( the city of yesterday tornado) :lol:
