Had some storms move into southeast Virginia on Wednesday with temps in the mid to upper 50's. Small cell developed over Suffolk and moved into downtown Norfolk. I took shelter in a parking garage in Portsmouth and shot some incredible lightning for a small cell in those conditions. Link is below. Hope you like!!
