Went out today just wanting to chase, targeted storms in Northern Gray Co. No more than showers a first, but started to get stronger. Moved West on hwy 156 at first but one shower back to the East of my location looked to be growing fast, so headed back to the East shot through the core and had a big surprise after coming out of the rain. A big fat wall cloud with strong rotation, it never did put down a tornado, but keep rotating until it got to dark to see. Here are a few pictures.

FULL MAY 15, 2010 REPORT CAN BE FOUND HERE; Videos, photos, and network broadcasts included.

Ended up on an insane hailstorm right across the Colorado/Oklahoma border on a ferry day back to Denver from Midland. We elected to take the US-287 route back just in case some storms did make it out this way, but we got well more than we thought on a storm that hit the town at the same time we did. Technically, no chase was needed as we literally met the storm in Campo.
