So any news on those tornadoes reported near Kildare and then later Kaw City?

Sounds like reports confused funnel with tornado?
At least one tornado was spotted near Kildare, but did not touch down National Weather Service meteorologist Daryl Williams said.

Don't see anything added on SPC. Were these misfires?
AT 1121 PM CDT...STORM CHASERS WERE TRACKING A TORNADO LOCATED 11
MILES NORTHWEST OF BURBANK...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. A TORNADO HAS
BEEN REPORTED...TAKE COVER NOW!
Don't see any mention of tornadoes in the news story about damage:

I was looking at this, too. It took them forever to issue a tor warning on this cell, even though base velocity was showing consistent rotation. I think they will probably need to do a damage survey to determine if it ever touched the ground, but from that video, and some of the live feeds I saw last night, there was definitely a cone funnel.

Here is the BV shot I grabbed last night, before any warnings were issued:

I see Jeremy Wilson from the reports thread is going to be posting some footage of his chase that documented 2 tornadoes.

I know there was substantial RFD damage in Ponca City as that is where I spent the night. I went through Kildare and Kaw City ahead of the storm..... but is was dark so hard to tell much. When I stopped for photos, which wasn't very often..... didn't see anything tornado like. But who knows, could have been 10. That's how it is when it's dark.
